How to Unlock Campaign Missions.

Change the following values in the profile.xml file (found in settings/profile/)
<campaign_last_event value="7361766567616d65" />
<campaign_progress value="21090307140200" />
Once it's edited you can selected any mission via the "Play Mission" button.
